We have been having a month to re-launch our AirBorn Leading Edge (ALE) and Qiii reward points. This has involved lots of colour themed days, games, cakes, Fish & Chips and our ALE awards ceremony.

It has been great to have more social events going on again and we look forward to more social gatherings throughout the rest of this year, finished off with our big Christmas Dinner Dance!

At AirBorn we are not easily defeated and have kept our spirits up all through the past year and a half by having fundraising events, weekly ‘treats’, pizza for everyone and our own socially distanced Christmas awards ceremony – the AirBorn Oscars !.  It’s been a tough year for everyone but we try our best to look after our team who have continued to work so hard – they are a great team !

COVID-19 Advisory

To: All AirBorn Customers and Suppliers

Date: May 4, 2020 Subject: COVID-19 Announcement

Today we are in an unprecedented time as global family working together to battle the spread of COVID- 19. The health and safety of our teams, our families, our customers, suppliers and communities are of the utmost importance. As the Global spread of COVID-19 continues, we continue to follow guidance from the UK Government, WHO along with Public Health England, to make the best informed decisions we can and take the right actions to help prevent the spread of the virus.

As a global community, we are all in uncharted and stormy waters, but we believe together we will push through to the other side and we are taking actions to help ensure any impact is short lived.

AirBorn is undertaking the following efforts as we respond to the ongoing COVID-19 situation:

1    Our Pandemic Response team, comprised of senior leadership and local safety representatives, has been active for             more than two months.

2    We have retooled a number of our facilities and implemented rotating shifts to maintain social distancing. We have             significantly increased our factory sanitizing and hygiene guidance for team members. Otherwise, we have seen no             significant change in operations, supply chain, nor customer scheduling as of this notice. We are monitoring daily                 and will advise of any changes.

3    We have implemented 100% temperature checking and health screening in all facilities for employees and any                     visitors.

4    The majority of our exempt and indirect employees have been relocated to work from home.

5    All sites provide DX rated products to the U.S. Federal government and allies, and we have been informed by our                 Military customers that AirBorn must remain open as a matter of National Security. Thus, it is our plan to continue               running our manufacturing sites 1) as long as each site is deemed safe for our team members, 2) as long as our                   supply chain has no major disruptions, and 3) pending any different directives from the both the UK and Federal                 Government.

6    We have implemented heightened visitor protocols restricting unscheduled and non-essential on site visits. All                     scheduled visits are being evaluated on a case by case basis. Visitors will be screened in advance and may be denied           entry to the facility based upon travel history.

7    Business travel remains suspended. We are requiring anyone on personal travel outside of the country, or as a                     passenger on any cruise ships, 1) to self-quarantine themselves at home for 14 days after their return and 2) be                   symptom free before returning to work after self-quarantine.

8    International travel is prohibited and we are limiting in-country travel to “essential only.”

It is impossible to forecast the impact of COVID-19, but we are diligently working together with extra measures to help keep the impact minimized and short-lived.
