Through the diligent effort of its employees, past and present, the AirBorn family of companies (“AirBorn”) has developed over the past 50 years an enviable reputation for conducting its business in scrupulous compliance with the laws and regulations that govern our business and otherwise in accordance with the highest ethical standards. AirBorn’s reputation is one of AirBorn’s most valuable business assets. Its preservation depends upon the conduct of each AirBorn employee, officer and director as well as the conduct of all other persons acting or purporting to act on AirBorn’s behalf.
This Global Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption Policy (“Global ABAC Policy”) signifies AirBorn’s continuing commitment to complying with the laws and regulations prohibiting bribery and other related forms of corruption.

Conflict Mineral (Metals) Policy
AirBorn is aware of the allegations that minerals mined in the DRC may be making their way into the electronics supply chain and that profits from DRC mining may be furthering certain unfair labor practices or other human rights violations in the DRC. AirBorn takes these allegations very seriously.
AirBorn’s policy explicitly prohibits suppliers from sourcing metals either known to be derived from conflict regions or designated as conflict metals. The supply chain for these metals is complex, and AirBorn is undertaking reasonable due diligence in our supply chain to ensure these metals are not sourced from this conflict region and/or from conflict mines.

Counterfeit Disclaimer
Counterfeit parts are a concern for everyone and AirBorn strongly encourages our customers to purchase from one of our authorized distributors or on a direct basis. AirBorn does not sell directly to brokers and non-authorized distributors and strongly discourages our customers from buying AirBorn products from such brokers or non-authorized distributors. In addition, we also purchase materials directly from manufacturers or their authorized distributors, dealers or resellers. Although all genuine AirBorn products should bear the AirBorn logo and/or 10400 on the part, these markings alone do not ensure that the part is not counterfeit. For any questions about the genuineness of an AirBorn product, please contact your local representative.

confidential client information is protected. This statement is
provided as a summary of certain practices relating to i
nformation security that are undertaken. Airborn International is certified to Cyber Essentials Plus.
International security requirements supplement any, and all
local regulatory requirements that an organisation has, including,
but not limited to, data protection and privacy.
Access to data is only available to authorised individuals and is
controlled and monitored to maintain safety and confidentiality.
Employees are educated to limit the potential of them inadvertently compromising information security.
