Our in-house CAD capability enables us to take the customers initial concept and create the design and prototypes to demonstrate the final product.

Design to manufacture is often overlooked by companies, but is an integral part of our work, to take an existing design and make improvements that benefit both the customer and the manufacturing process. We often have to design cables mixing both AirBorn and Non AirBorn content giving further versatlity to the manufacturing process.

Part of the design process is to consider testing and assembly jigging (2D or 3D), to ensure the product works and fits first time.

Many assemblies require either epoxy strain relief or custom backshelling, so we design the moulds etc required in-house.
